Army and Coast Guard training exercise

The Army and Coast Guard are running a training exercise together today on a large tug boat LT-805 Winfield Scott. The Army will have a medical emergency aboard the Scott and the Coast Guard flys in to rescue by airlifting the injured soldiers (dummy) off the large tugboat  in the James River. After ending the exercise, Coast Guard rescue swimmer Petty Officer Third Class Kyle McCollum  is lifted off the Army Tug.
